Delicious and easy to make, this goes great with any taco night or burrito bowls!

Ingredients

Servings

4

3 Ripe Avocados

1/2 Whole Yellow Onion

You can also use White/Red onion and it will come out well

2 Whole Roma Tomatoes

2 Whole Jalapeño Peppers

Can add more/less depending on how spicy you like it

3 Cloves Garlic

2 Whole Limes

Can adjust lime quantity to taste

1 Container Sea Salt

Salt to taste

1 Bunch Cilantro

If you scale recipe, you don't need to scale cilantro linearly. A little goes a long way

1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cumin

Optional

Instructions

1

Mash Avocados

Peel the skin off the avocados, remove the pits, and add them all to a large mixing bowl. Mash together roughly until its a texture that you like
2

Cut Veggies

Cut the onion into rough pieces (small, but not too fine) and add to the mixing bowl with the avocados. Dice the cilantro as well and add it to the mixing bowl. Dice the garlic and add it to the mixing bowl. Rough cut the tomatoes and add them to the mixing bowl. Cut the Jalapeños in half, remove/discard the seeds and then chop the rest of the pepper into fine pieces and add to the mixing bowl. You can adjust the amount of Jalapeños depending on how spicy you want to make it.
3

Juice Limes

Juice the limes and add the juice straight to the mixing bowl. Make sure you taste progressively as you go! Otherwise it may be too lime-y
4

Add Seasonings

Add the cumin (optional) and salt to taste. Go slowly here... You can always add more salt but you can't take it out once added! Ask me how I know...
5

Mix Together and Serve

Give everything a good mix and serve! You can adjust any seasonings here in this final step
